Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You must be old enough to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information when signing up.

Your content

You keep ownership of the events, tasks, messages, images, and other content you create. You grant Shared Planner the permission needed to store, display, and share that content with the members of the groups you choose. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other members
• No illegal, infringing, or malicious content
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service
• No spam or unsolicited promotional messages

Groups and shared data

When you join a group, the content you post there is visible to the other members. Treat information shared inside a group with the same care you would in any private conversation.

Service availability

Shared Planner is provided as-is. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be removed as the app evolves.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other members at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of Shared Planner after an update means you accept the revised terms.
